Instagram Introduced New Music Features For Reels

Instagram Reels frequently features songs and music tracks from various artists, and the social media platform has discovered a method to push the feature even further. "1 Minute Music" for Instagram Reels will offer a selection of clips from songs that are only accessible for usage on Reels and Stories, according to the app.

For the time being, the feature has only been available in India, and it now comprises music from over 200 Indian musicians in order to keep Indian users interested with Instagram content.

 

Dhvani Bhanushali, Neeti Mohan, Shaan, Himanshi Khurana, and others are among the artists whose music can be found on 1 Minute Music at the time of writing. Instagram believes that the feature will encourage more musicians to release music on the platform.

 

These songs will be accompanied by music videos that will be available exclusively on Instagram and will be featured on albums by Himanshi Khurana, Kaur B, Gurnazar Chattha, and others.

 

Paras Sharma, Facebook India's Director of Content and Community Partnerships, said:

 

"We're providing folks access to an unique library of tunes called '1 Minute Music' that they can use to make their reels more exciting. We also hope that this platform will serve as a model for known and young musicians to use Reels to share their own music and make their own films".

 

As previously said, the function is now only accessible in India, but it is expected to expand to other areas in the future.
